Microsoft has launched the Office Mobile app that fetches MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint to Android mobile phones. Microsoft said that it’s now bringing the Office Mobile app Android devices and only works for subscribers
to Microsoft’s Office 365 Home Premium and ProPlus service. The launch
of the mobile app shows that Microsoft is interested to bring its office
on mobile phones.The fans of this application will be able to download it from Google Play store absolutely free.
Microsoft senior product manager, Guy Gilbert wrote in a blog post,
There are lots of features of Office Mobile app that permit Office 365 subscribers pick up files on their smartphones where they left off on their PCs. The files including all Office 365 documents, will sync with Microsoft’s SkyDrive Web storage service.
Currently, the Office app is available in the Google Play store in the U.S. and will become accessible in more countries within the next few weeks. The app only works on Android devices running the 4.0 operating system or greater.READ MORE
