The new Google Nexus 5 manufactured
by LG is scheduled to come on 14th October, 2013, along with the
new Android build, KitKat. The chocolate-themed
Android 4.4. KitKat OS is the newest version of the Google Android operating
system. Not much is known about Android 4.4 KitKat OS right now. According to Australian tech blog site AusDroid that
the device seen in the Android 4.4 KitKat video is definitely the Nexus 5. It
is reported that the LG Nexus 5 not only has changed in the operating system
but it will come having improved specifications including a new color to
replace the cyan blue text and accents, new animations, APIs, gallery
visualizations and tweaks, and a new notification widget.
The Nexus 5 supposes have
a 5-inch 1080p display, rear 13 Megapixels camera, a
2.26GHz Qualcomm Snapdragon 800 processor with 2GB of RAM and a 2,300mAh
battery. LG Nexus 5 is also rumored to be a 7-band LTE device that
supports the higher data speeds.
The
Google Nexus 5 recently visited the FCC. According to FCC documents the new LG phone having Codename D820 is
somewhat similar to its elder brother Nexus 4. It will feature Qi wireless
charging and support for 7-band LTE, Bluetooth 4.0, NFC and dual-band 802.11
b/g/n/ac.
There
are numerous rumors that suggested that there would be at least two different
Nexus 5 models. The first one will be LG-D820 with wireless radios that could
support AT&T, Sprint, and T-Mobile LTE. The other one is LG-VS980) which
mention support for LTE band 13, which is used by Verizon in the US.
The
above mentioned date could be a rumor as well. We will keep you inform about
