HTC One Max finally hands on.HTC, Taiwanese smartphone maker , has finally revealed its most awaited One Max phablet. It was expected that the company would introduce the HTC One Max at the 16th October event in Hong Kong, but it comes a day earlier. The HTC One Max Phablet features a large 5.9 inch Full HD display with 368ppi pixel density. It runs on Android 4.3 Jelly Bean OS, HTC's Sense 5.5 UI and supports a Fingerprint Scanner on the back (after Apple iPhone 5S it’s the 2nd phone to have a biometric scanner in this year), a 1.7GHz quad-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 600 processor.
Other features of the One Max are a UltraPixel rear camera, 2.1MP front-facing camera, 2GB of RAM, and 16GB/ 32GB inbuilt storage expandable up to 64GB via microSD card and a 3,300 mAh battery up 28 hours of talk time or 585 hours of stand-by time.In terms of connectivity it includes LTE, NFC, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, DLNA and HTC Connect. The fingerprint scanner in HTC One Max is placed below the camera and can be used to unlock the device by swiping the finger over the sensor. It also includes HTC Zoe and HTC Boom Sound.
The company claimed that the HTC One Max Phablet will be launched around the world in the month of October and we can suppose that Verizon might be the first carrier in the US to sell the device. Unfortunately the price details and the exact arrival date of the device is not clear yet.
