Eida launches customer service on Skype

Eida launches customer service on Skype.Emirates Identity Authority (Eida) has recently launched the customer service on the Skype. This is 24/7 service where customers can discuss their problem and complaints. The residents of UAE can utilize this service by placing questions face-to-face related to Emirates ID where the customer representatives of Eida are available to serve them. The skype users can avail the audio service only by adding the Skype user name EmiratesID_skype. You can converse in English and Arabic at present while the company will add other languages in near future. Currently, 14 communication channels of Eida are working and the authority will soon include another one called “chat option” in the next
week.
