IFA 2013 is ongoing
in Berlin and the tech company is busy in launching their new devices, one of
them is ASUS (the Taiwan-based company ) which has unveiled two new tablet from
its MeMo Pad series alongside Transformer
Pad TF701T and Fone Pad 7. The new tablets are dubbed as MeMo Pad 10 and MeMo Pad 8. The two new
tablets sport quad-core processors and 8 and 10 inch displays, respectively. Both
the tablets are affordable and will definitely allure low-end users too.
MeMo Pad 10:
The MeMo Pad 10 features 10.1-inch IPS LCD display with WXGA
resolution. It is powered by a 1.6 GHz Quad-core processor . The tablet offers a
2MP rear camera that records 720P videos with a 1.2 MP front camera. It has 8GB
or 16GB internal storage with the option to expand it further. It is 256 mm tall,
174.6 mm wide, 10.5 mm thin, and has a weight of 525 grams. The MeMo Pad 10
features a 3,950 mAh battery.
MeMo Pad 8
:
The MeMo Pad 8 features an 8-inch IPS LCD display with 1280
x 800 pixels resolution and powered by 1.6 GHz Quad-core processor. Running on Android
4.2 (Jelly Bean) Operating system the MeMo Pad 8 features a 5MP camera on the
back but the front has same 1.2MP rare
facing camera. It also supports the Dual Sonic Speakers, 8GB internal storage
with micro SD support. The dimensions of MeMo Pad 8 are 212.4 x 127.4 x 9.95 mm and weighs 350 grams. It
features a 5,070 mAh battery.
Both tablets are
sporting 1 GB of RAM, 16 GB of internal storage, microSD cards support, WiFi
b/g/n, Bluetooth 3.0, and microUSB out.
Presently, there is no word on pricing but both are coming
