Start your computer and first click on the start button the a menu will pop up. In the menu click on the RUN and type Webflrds.msi and click OK.

After clicking on the OK button you will see another window open in front of you, now you need to click on Reinstall button.

The Windows reinstall process will begin, after the complete installation the Window click on the OK button. When you click OK a new Window will appear which will ask you do you want to re-start your computer. You need to click on the Yes button, in this way the whole setting will save on your computer.

After the restart of your computer you will see you have solved the problem of your Windows Xp.
Another solution to restore corrupted Windows Xp files is you need a Windows Xp CD. Now you need to place your Windows XP CD into your CD Drive then click on the START button. A menu will pop up then you need to click on the RUN and type  sfc/scannow and click OK.

Now your Windows XP will start to run fine. This method might also fix the Window 7 problems. It may take 10 to 20 minutes, depending on your system.
