Pakistani Cricket Team Reaches Sydney For ICC World Cup 2015

Pakistan cricket team has arrived in Sydney to play International Cricket Council (ICC) tournament 2015.The national players have shown their enthusiasm and zeal for performing arts higher within the WC, whereas Coach Waqar Younis would work on eliminating the failings of the team. West Pakistan team can play initial one-day international (ODI) prolusion match with People's Republic of Bangladesh on Gregorian calendar month nine, whereas the second ODI between the each groups would be contend on Gregorian calendar month eleven. Moreover, the captain of Pakistani cricket team Misbah-ul-Haq would hold a group discussion before the mega event of tournament.

Corey Anderson Broke Shahid Afridi’s Fastest Century Record. All-rounder of Pakistani Cricket Team Shahid Afridi had made the world’s fastest century 17 years ago and today his record is broken by the New Zealand all-rounder Corey Anderson who got the 3 digit figure in just 36 balls. He scored the fastest century in One Day international against West Indies. While Shahid Afridi took 37 balls to score that figure in 1996.

Anderson stroked 14 sixes and reached on the third position after hitting highest sixes in ODIs.  The first place is kept by the Indian Rohit Sharma who hit 16 sixes against Australia two months ago and  Shane Watson, from Australia, hit 15 against Bangladesh in 2011.

Muhammad Hafeez, who is  the captain of the Pakistani T20 team, was in the ground in the 5^th ODI against Sri Lanka in Abu Dhabi stadium. He scored a lot in the last 4 ODI matches and today is hopeful to break the record of Rohit Sharma by scoring the highest score in the ODI series but today the luck was not in favor of Hafeez. Shoaib Malik stuck in Trouble due to Big Bash Twenty20. The all-rounder and former captain of Pakistani Cricket team Shoaib Malik has stuck in the problem. He has been playing for a domestic team of PIA since 17 years and missed the ongoing matches for PIA and flew to Australia to represent Hobart in Big Bash Twenty20.
The top officials of PIA claimed that the cricketer did not inform them and flew to play Big Bash Twenty20. The official said that they may send Show-cause notice to him for leaving sans permission. He added that Malik is an experienced player of the PIA team and is being intensely missed by the team. On the other hand Mr.Malik took to respond harshly against PIA claim; he said in an interview that he took permission from both PIA and PCB.

IHC bars Najam Sethi to work as PCB chairman

IHC bars Najam Sethi to work as PCB chairman. Islamabad High Court (IHC) has heard the case against the appointment of Najam Sethi as the Chairman of Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB). During the hearing the justice Shaukat Aziz Siddiqui barred Najam Sethi to continue to perform his duties as chairman PCB till the election of a new Chairman. Najam Sethi, who is also a Senior journalist, was appointed by the Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif as head of PCB’s adhoc committee. The petition was filed by Ahmed Nawaz Khan who stated in his petition that formation of an action adhoc body is violation of court orders.
The IHC has also suspended the interim management committee created to look into the PCB affairs and other committee members to file their replies by the end of next month.
The IHC also appointed the Justice(r) Munir Shaikh as chairman election committee to control the election of the chairman PCB. The court has decided to hold the election next month, November.
On the other hand the Secretary PCB will be in-charge of the PCB's affairs until the elections are held.

Pakistan to play 5 ODIs and 2 T-Twenty against West Indies. Pakistan is to play against West Indies in July. The cricket series between Pakistan and West Indies will be hosted by West Indies. There will be a series of five One-Day Internationals and two Twenty20 Internationals in Guyana, Saint Lucia and Saint Vincent. The cricket series will start with the first of two ODIs in Guyana on 14^th July

Cricket series between Pakistan and South Africa to begin from 14th October

The initial schedule of the test series between Pakistan and South Africa get the final shape. The matches of the test series will be held in Sharja and Abu Dhabi. The first match of the series will be played in Abu Dhabi from 14^th to 18^th October, 2013. Pakistan  is bound to play its home series at natural places due to the serious security concerns and after the attack on Sri Lankan Team in the country .Pakistan will play its home series against South Africa
will play its home series against South Africa in Dubai in October.

Pakistani Cricket team faces humiliating defeat  in Champions Trophy matches.The cricket team of Pakistan has shown extremely bad performance in the matches of Champion Trophy. The team played three matches and faced humiliating defeat. Now the cricket team has returned to home. The selection of the players for the Champions Trophy was not good enough. Pakistan’s coach Dav Whatmore was disappointed over the performance of the team.

Mr. Ashraf Stopped to participate in PCB affairs after IHC order

The chairman of Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB), Zaka Ashraf had stopped working after his suspension order by the Islamabad High Court.Mr. Ashraf has stopped working as the chairman PCB till the next hearing on 13^th June. He was away from the PCB affairs and the Annual General Meeting of PCB, which Ashraf to chair in Karachi, has been postponed by the Board of Governors (BoG). They also postponed the Board of Governors meeting until further
notice.

PCB declared squad for ICC Champions Trophy, dropped Afridi, Gul, Akmal

The ICC Champions Trophy 2013 is slated to begin from 6^th June and PCB declared the 15 member squad. PCB dropped the names of Shahid Afraidi, Umar Gul and Umar Akmal form the Champion Trophy. Afridi was dropped due to his bad performance in the past year.The squad was declared by chief selector, Iqbal Qasim on Monday after getting the chairman PCB approval. The selection committee made some changes in selecting the squad for Champion Trophy.
