Nintendo unveils the 2DS Gaming console that plays 3DS games in 2D.
Nintendo has unveiled the 2DS gaming console. The Nintendo 2DS is a new
entry-level handheld system and is fashioned to be a more affordable
entry point for the 3DS family of handhelds. Like its predecessor is a
compatible device with original DS games, and offers full wireless
connectivity for eShop, StreetPass and multiplayer features. WiFi can
still be turned off, though it’s done via controls in the software
rather than with a physical switch. At the core, it has the same
hardware features as the 3DS: dual screens with the lower a touch-screen
operated by additional stylus.
