Kamata
Pakistan and Technical Education & Vocational Training Authority,
TEVTA, signed an agreement which will facilitate job search for blue
collared workers. TEVTA
will share data of its vocational and technical trainees with Kamata
Pakistan for exploring job opportunities. Kamata Pakistan will link
these potential employees to employers, thus offering matchmaking
services. The collaboration will open new horizons for the unemployed
and new labour market entrants who lack social and formal networks for
securing jobs. Apart from working for the placements of TEVTA graduates,
Kamata Pakistan will also conduct Soft Skills Training Sessions for
these graduates, which will eventually help them to score better jobs
and ace interviews.
