PadFone E with 10.1 Inch Dock. Asus
has introduced a new device called PadFone E with the 10.1 inch tablet dock. The
device is currently available in Taiwan with the price tag of 16980 New Taiwan
Dollars, having black and white color flavors.
The
Asus PadFone E features a 4.7 inch HD IPS display with 1280×720 pixels pixels
of resolution. It is powered by a 1.4 GHz quad-core Snapdragon 400 processor
with Adreno 305 GPU and runs on the Android 4.3 jelly bean operating system
with 1 GB of RAM.
It
includes a 13-megapixel rear camera with LED flash and a 1.2-megapixel
front-facing camera. It has 16 GB of internal storage which is expandable up to
64 GB via MicroSD. It includes an 1820 mAh battery. In terms of connectivity it
includes a WiFi 802.11 a/b/g/n, Bluetooth v4.0, aGPS, 3G HSPA+,
and GLONASS.
On
the other hand the tablet dock features a 10.1 inch display with 280 ×720
pixels of resolution. The screen of the dock is anti-finger-print and is
protected by gorilla glass. It has a 1-megapixel camera and has dual SIM
support with dual standby.
It includes a 5000 mAh battery.
As
told you above the device is available in Taiwan, there is no word on its
global availability.
