 Asus intros PadFone E with 10.1 Inch Dock. Asus has introduced a new device called PadFone E with the 10.1 inch tablet dock. The device is currently available in Taiwan with the price tag of 16980 New Taiwan Dollars, having black and white color flavors.

The Asus PadFone E features a 4.7 inch HD IPS display with 1280×720 pixels pixels of resolution. It is powered by a 1.4 GHz quad-core Snapdragon 400 processor with Adreno 305 GPU and runs on the Android 4.3 jelly bean operating system with 1 GB of RAM.

It includes a 13-megapixel rear camera with LED flash and a 1.2-megapixel front-facing camera. It has 16 GB of internal storage which is expandable up to 64 GB via MicroSD. It includes an 1820 mAh battery. In terms of connectivity it includes a WiFi 802.11 a/b/g/n, Bluetooth v4.0, aGPS, 3G HSPA+, and GLONASS.

On the other hand the tablet dock features a 10.1 inch display with 280 ×720 pixels of resolution. The screen of the dock is anti-finger-print and is protected by gorilla glass. It has a 1-megapixel camera and has dual SIM support with dual standby.

The Q Mini is powered by a dual-core 1.3GHz Cortex-A7 processor with the Mediatek MT6572 chipset. It includes a 1 GB of RAM and 4 GB of expandable storage. It also has a 5 megapixels of camera.

The handset is exclusively available via Virgin Mobile in the UK. There is no more information available yet regarding Blade Q Mini phone arrival on other retailers and carrier.

It is powered by a 1.2 GHz quad-core processor with PowerVR SGX 544 GPU and runs on the Android 4.2 Jelly Bean operating system.

It includes an 8 megapixels of the rear camera with dual LED Flash, Blue glass filter and a 3 megapixels front-facing camera. The pro 30 phone has a 1GB RAM, 4GB internal memory which is expandable up to 32 GB via microSD card.  It is just 7.5mm thick and weighs just 114g.

It is powered by a Snapdragon Quad-core 1.4 GHz processor and runs on the Android 4.3 Jelly Bean operating system.

It includes a 1 GB of RAM and an 8 GB of inbuilt storage, which is expandable up to 32 GB via MicroSD card support. The T2 Ultra has a 13 megapixels  Exmor RS  rear facing camera and a 1.1 megapixels Exmor RS front-facing camera

Microsoft to announce the arrival of  Windows 9. Microsoft is preparing to announce the arrival of Windows 9 the successor of Windows 8. The company will officially declare the new Windows Operating system in its annual Build conference in April. The new operating system from Microsoft is named as “ Threshold” and will be available in April, 2015, said reports.
The Tech blogger Paul Thurrott said that the company is planning for the new OS by keeping in view the negative reception of the software W8. The new changes in the OS are not clear yet, but it is assumed that the company will focus on the Metro 2.0 feature to enhance the new apps.

China introduces Country’s First Mobile Phone Operating system. A Chinese tech firm, Coship Electronics Co Ltd, has introduced a new mobile phone operating system in the country with the independent intellectual property right. It is the country’s first mobile phone operating system introduced by the Chinese.  The new OS is named 960 OS. The company said that it’s the new brand OS that follows its predecessors such as Android, IOS, and Windows phone. The Shenzhen-based company has developed this 960 OS in 15 years. As the system is based on the Linux kernel and offers better protection for information stored in the handset, said the company's chair, Yuan Ming.
An academician, Liu Yunjie, in the Chinese Academy of Engineering said that there are a number of Smartphone in the Chinese market with the foreign OS and to launch the independent IPR is the need of the day to secure national and individual’s information.

The Acer Iconia A1-830 features a 7.9 inch display with 768 x 1024 pixels of resolution and 4:3 aspect ratio. Other features of the tablet include a dual-core Intel Atom Z2560 processor, 1 GB RAM and 16 GB of inbuilt memory which is expandable up to 32 GB with microSD. Jolla Launches Sailfish OS running Smartphone. Jolla, a team of ex-Nokia engineers, has launched a smartphone dubbed as Jolla. The Jolla smartphone runs on the Sailfish OS, which itself is based on MeeGo. Actually the Jolly team earlier had been worked on MeeGo software which Nokia abandoned in 2011 after turning over to the Microsoft Windows operating system. Jolla founded in 2011 when the company Nokia laid off thousands of workers as it lost market share to competitors. It has above 90 workers in Finland and Hong Kong. The makers of the Sailfish Smartphone operating system said that their OS was well-matched with Android's application and hardware compatibility. The new smartphone Jolla features a 4.5-inch IPS qHd display with 540x960 pixels of resolution and is protected by Corning Gorilla 2 Glass. It is powered by a Qualcomm  Snapdragon 400 dual-core processor clocked at 1.4 GHz, Adreno 305 for the graphics. The Jolla smartphone has a 1GB of RAM and 16GB of internal memory. The phone also supports microSD card which means you have the opportunity to expand the storage capacity up to 32 GB.

The handset by Jolla also includes an 8 megapixel autofocus back camera  with  LED flash. There is also a 2-megapixel front-facing camera for video calling.

Its other features are a 2100mAh battery that is capable of 7 hours of  talk time, 11 hours of continuous Video Playback, 46 hours of  Music Playback and approximately 500 hours of standby time. Jolla is available in 9 different colors including Red, White, Black, Yellow, Canyon blue, etc. in terms of connectivity the handset includes 2G, 3G, Wi-Fi, GPS with AGPS, GLONASS and  Bluettoth 4.0.. It also has a USB 2.0 port, a standard 3.5mm 4-pin audio jack and a MicroUSB connectivity and charging port.
