Google to release Yellow and Red Versions of Nexus 5. It seems Google is planning to launch the new color versions of the Nexus 5 smartphone. The rumors said that the Red Nexus 5 spotted in the Vietnam and the company also thinking to launch it yellow sibling. Both the versions of the smartphonw will go on sale sometime in February and March.

HTC One soon to get KitKat update in the US. The contract owners of HTC One smartphone will soon relish the taste of the latest Android KitKat update on their device. The company, currently sent the update to the carriers for the final approval. After the final testing the Update will start rolling to HTC One smartphone.
The update will roll out for AT&T, Verizon, Sprint and T-Mobile users. But the exact release time is not known yet. The Android KitKat update is already available for the HTC One owners in the US.

LG to launch Red and Gold versions of G2 handset. LG has decided to launch the Red and Gold version of its G2 smartphone. The company has officially declared the arrival of G2 with a red and gold version of the Asia and Singapore especially to celebrate the Chinese New Year. These two colored G2 Smartphone will be sold as a limited edition.

Both the new version are different from original white and black variants because the Korean manufacturer company included a textured back cover. The back  of the red and gold G2 is not fingerprint prone and offers better hand grip. The red and gold G2 smartphones contain the same price tag as the white and black models. The 16GB version will retail with the $496 price tag while the 32 GB model will be available at $562.

China introduces Country’s First Mobile Phone Operating system. A Chinese tech firm, Coship Electronics Co Ltd, has introduced a new mobile phone operating system in the country with the independent intellectual property right. It is the country’s first mobile phone operating system introduced by the Chinese.  The new OS is named 960 OS. The company said that it’s the new brand OS that follows its predecessors such as Android, IOS, and Windows phone. The Shenzhen-based company has developed this 960 OS in 15 years. As the system is based on the Linux kernel and offers better protection for information stored in the handset, said the company's chair, Yuan Ming.
An academician, Liu Yunjie, in the Chinese Academy of Engineering said that there are a number of Smartphone in the Chinese market with the foreign OS and to launch the independent IPR is the need of the day to secure national and individual’s information.

The Vice President of the company has revealed the future plans of the company and the arrival of the new Galaxy S5. The reports said that the tech giant is considering to include fingerprint scanner and iris scanner in the upcoming Smartphone which is scheduled to go against Apple’s iPhone 6. It is also known that the updated version of the Galaxy Gear will come alongside the smartphone.
