Punjab
chief minister Shahbaz Sharif has officially declared the Lahore Metro Train Project. He said
that they would make Punjab a model province with regard to development and
transparency. He
said that they made the plan for extending the route of
the metro bus project in Lahore. The metro bus project will also be started in
all big cities of the province, while a new bridge would be constructed over
the River Ravi.
By keeping in view the needs of an
increasing population, CM has directed the concerned authorities to prepare a
feasibility report of Lahore Metro Train from Old Ravi Bridge to Kahana City.
