Samsung Electronics Co., Ltd., a global home appliance innovator, today announced innovative new home appliance products that make consumers’ laundry and floor care routines quicker and easier, giving them the gift of time. With an unmatched level of performance, convenience, design and energy efficiency, Samsung makes it easy to clean even the biggest load of laundry or most hard-to-reach corner of the floor. Its lineup of thoughtfully and ergonomically designed products – including industry-leading 5.6 cu. ft. capacity front load and top load laundry pairs, as well as two new vacuum products – will be on display at the 2014 International CES from Jan. 7-10, 2014.

Samsung Electronics Co., Ltd, has underlined its technology leadership in TVs, mobile devices and home appliances by launching a range of category-defining products at the 2014 International CES. “Samsung is the cutting edge of innovation,” said Boo-keun Yoon, Co-CEO of Samsung Electronics. “Our approach of combining deep consumer insight, engineering excellence, software innovation, and clever design is making Samsung the global technology leader.” Outlining his vision for the future of the consumer electronics industry, Mr. Yoon said four mega trends were shaping the technology demands of consumers: connectivity, urbanization, aging, and new environmental and societal risks.
 “The Home of the Future has to protect, be flexible, and be responsive” and “needs technology that will connect all the digital dots in the lives of consumers,” Mr. Yoon said. “Samsung is in a better position to deliver solutions for the ‘Home of the Future’ than anybody else - helped by our broad product range, integrated development and manufacturing, and our large global network of partners.”

At CES 2014, Samsung Electronics to Introduce Innovative B2B Display Solutions
Samsung Electronics will introduce a host of new commercial large format displays (LFDs) this week at 2014 International CES in Las Vegas. The company will display a variety of innovative LFD solutions for hotels, businesses and retailers that are designed to present visually stunning and differentiated experiences to customers. 
To demonstrate the benefits of its displays in each of these settings, the Samsung booth at CES will feature various virtual environments intended to replicate a state-of-the-art “paradise of hotels,” including a lobby video wall, new hotel TV solution and display solutions for business centers – with Samsung’s ‘Interactive White Board’ and the world’s largest 95-inch LED LFD.
